POST TRAUMATIC GROWTH COACHING FOR WOMEN
The life you want isn't waiting on the other side of healing. It starts now.
You didn’t do all that work to heal just to keep living small. This is coaching for women who are ready for what comes next.
Oftentimes, we heal enough to feel stabilized, but we’re still rudderless without a clear plan to move forward with our lives.
Think back to whatever started your healing journey. However you got here, you started looking at your life honestly.
But usually, the more you look, the further back it goes. You start with one problem and find another reason underneath it. What looked like a bad relationship or a toxic job turns out to have roots: patterns you learned so early they felt normal, even safe. A lot of us were taught, without anyone meaning to teach it, to expect dysfunction and even feel at home in it. That's confusing to realize. And most of it isn't yours. It was handed down, parent to child, for a long time before it reached you.
You understand a lot more now about what happened and why it shaped you the way it did. But understanding your past doesn't automatically tell you how to move forward. That's a different kind of work, and it doesn't always go in a straight line. Some weeks you'll take two steps back and one forward. That's normal, and it's part of it.
Maybe there's something specific you've wanted for a long time. A move, a career change, a relationship, a project you set aside years ago. Or maybe it's less of a single thing and more of a shift: you're stepping into a new version of yourself, working through a loss, or moving through a big change and you just want steady support while you do it. Sometimes the reason you haven't moved yet is simple. You spent so long putting everyone else first that wanting something for yourself feels unfamiliar, maybe even selfish.
This is the part that comes next. Not going back through your history again, but getting clear on what you want now and taking real steps toward it. Learning to take care of yourself the way you've always taken care of everyone else.
That's what we work on together.
The Post Traumatic Joy Method
Understanding your past is one thing. Deciding what to do with it is another.
You already have a level of awareness about what happened to you. I'm not here to take you back through all of it, name it, and process it again, that work belongs somewhere else, and you may have already done it. I'm here for what comes after. We take the things you're still carrying and work through them, one at a time. Reframe, reshape, and release are three ways to start.
Reframe it.
Change how you see it. The thing stays the same, but its meaning shifts, and it stops running you.
Reshape it.
Make something from it. The instincts you built to survive become skills you use on purpose.
Release it.
Let it go. Some things don't get to come with you, and you set them down.
Every choice you make settles something that used to sit there unfinished. And every settled thing gives you back a little energy and a little room to move. That's what growth after trauma actually feels like: not reliving the past, but deciding what it gets to mean and moving on.

MONTHLY & ONGOING
Book Club
A warm, low-pressure way to keep growing between the bigger work. We read one book together on healing, patterns, or moving forward, and we make one simple craft while we talk it through, because it's easier to open up with your hands busy. It's a soft place to land and good company for the road.
Hi, I’m Julianna.
I work with women who grew up in dysfunctional, abusive, or chaotic families and are ready to move beyond recognizing their patterns into actually building a different life.
I know what it's like to carry the patterns from a difficult childhood and chaotic early adult life, to do the healing work, and then to stand there afterward not sure how to actually move forward. I found my way through it, and it changed my life. This work is how I make sure you don't have to do it on your own.
I'm a trauma-informed certified coach, soon to be ICF-credentialed. My job is to help you get clear on what you want and support you while you go get it. When I've done that well, you won't need me anymore, and that's exactly the goal.
You don't have to have it all figured out to start. If you have some awareness of where you've been and a sense that you're ready for what's next, we can work with that.
My approach is grounded in post-traumatic growth research. I use clear, accurate language, and I treat you as the expert on your own life, because you are.
